Watch- Ramiz Raja Can’t Keep Control On Emotions After Being Sacked By PCB. When Ramiz Raja, the head of the PCB, was questioned on Saturday over the ICC’s decision regarding the Rawalpindi pitch, he became enraged and warned the reporter to stop following the “story.”

Andy Pycroft of the Emirates ICC Elite Panel of Match Referees gave the Rawalpindi pitch a “below average” evaluation during the opening Test of the three-game series between Pakistan and England last week.

The venue also received one penalty point for violating the ICC Pitch and Outfield Monitoring Process. When asked about the ICC decision over the Rawalpindi pitch on Saturday, PCB president Ramiz Raja exploded at the reporter and commanded him to stop the “narrative.”

“It was an extremely flat pitch which gave almost no assistance to any style of bowler. That was the main reason batters scored quickly and both teams achieved massive totals. “The pitch barely degraded during the game,”  said Pycroft.
