IND vs WI: India Squad For West Indies T20Is (Predicted)
The main concern for the selectors will be around former India captain Virat Kohli, whose bad days don’t seem to be ending for the last couple of years. Virat has not scored a century in international cricket for the last 76 innings and now the pressure is really high upon him and the team management as the ICC T20 World Cup 2022 is not even 100 days away.
As per some media reports, Virat had also asked for a rest in the T20I series against West Indies but with fans and former Indian cricketers waging a war of words against the former Indian captain, it will be very difficult for the selectors to sideline him from the T20I squad, knowing that he won’t be a part of the ODI squad.
India will be playing a three-match ODI series against West Indies in Trinidad, the first game of which will commence on July 22. After the conclusion of the 3-match ODI series, the Men in Blue will take on the Caribbean in a five-match T20I series which will begin on August 01.
