Former Indian skipper Virat Kohli attended India’s net session ahead of India vs England 3rd ODI at the Old Trafford Stadium in Manchester. The former Indian captain looked in great touch and rhythm. Virat has not enjoyed the best of time on the field in the last couple of years.
It has been more than 77 innings wherein, Virat Kohli has failed to score an international century. The man has already smashed 70 international centuries and is only 3rd in the list of players with the most 100s in the international circuit after Sachin Tendulkar and Ricky Ponting respectively.
Virat Kohli Looks In Sublime Touch In Nets Ahead Of India vs England 3rd ODI
The last couple of years has been dreadful for Virat as his form has taken a major step back. There has been debate all over the Indian cricketing circuit wherein, questions have been raised by former Indian cricketers and cricket fans over his place across formats. However, Indian skipper Rohit Sharma has brushed aside all such statements and said that the team management has complete faith in Virat’s ability.
Now, a video has emerged of Virat Kohli, wherein, he can be seen smashing the balls in the net session ahead of the 3rd ODI between India and England. In the session, Virat looks in sublime touch as he shows his range of shots. Virat missed out on the first ODI due to a groin strain and couldn’t score big in the 2nd game of the series.

Team India will lock horns against England in the 3rd and final ODI of the series at the Old Trafford Stadium in Manchester on Sunday. The match will commence at 3:30 pm IST. The 3-match series currently stands level at 1-1 as the visitors won the first game of the series by 10 wickets but the hosts bounced back in the 2nd game and clinched it by 100 runs.
