On Monday, December 11, prominent Indian actress Anushka Sharma and star batsman Virat Kohli celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary. With friends and family, Kohli and Anushka enjoyed their big day. They both posted self-portraits on their official social media accounts one day after their wedding anniversary.
Anushka Sharma also posted several Instagram stories, letting followers see snippets of their festivities. Among those in attendance are Karnesh Sharma, Anusha’s brother, former fast bowler Zaheer Khan, his actress wife Sagarika Ghatge, and stand-up comedian Abhishek Upmanyu.

Anushka Sharma took to Instagram to share the celebrations that were held for her and Virat’s wedding anniversary. She wrote, “Day filled with love and friends and family ❤️ got too late to post for the gram? 6+♾️ of ❤️ with my numero uno 🥰.”

Virat Kohli shattered numerous batting records and had outstanding performances during the 2023 World Cup in India. With 765 runs from 11 outings at an average of 95.62, he became the only batter in history to score more than 700 runs in a single edition. Three centuries and six fifties were scored by the right-handed hitter.
India lost to Australia by six wickets in the final, however, despite this, Kohli was named Player of the Tournament for his outstanding batting performances.
The former captain of India has chosen not to play in the current South Africa tour’s Twenty20 and One-Day formats. The two-match Test series against the Proteas, which gets underway at Centurion on December 26, will mark his comeback to play.
